Querido Presidente,
Estimado Secretario General,
En nombre de la Federación Internacional de Wushu (IWUF), os invito a participar en el 15º Campeonato Mundial de Wushu que se celebrará en Shanghai, China, a partir del 19 de octubre de 2019.
Desde su inicio en 1991, el Campeonato Mundial de Wushu se ha convertido en el ícono más elitista de la competición en Wushu en el mundo.
Los atletas y entrenadores luchan por conseguir participar en este Mundial.
Hombres y mujeres pueden cumplir sus sueños de convertirse en verdaderos e indiscutibles campeones, entran en el centro de atención de todo el mundo y ganan su propio lugar único en la historia de Wushu.
En los últimos 30 años, el crecimiento y desarrollo de las Competiciones Mundiales de Wushu de la IWUF ha sido gracias al trabajo tan notable e incondicional de nuestros miembros.
Me gustaría agradecerles a todos su participación en todas las actividades de Wushu y su apoyo a este primer evento bienal, porque sin ustedes el desarrollo del Wushu y de la Iwuf no hubiera sido posible.
En 2019, el 15 ° Campeonato Mundial de Wushu se llevará a cabo en Shanghai. Se espera la participación de alrededor de 100 países en este evento trascendental.
Será un lugar de encuentro de nuestra familia de Wushu, quizás la más grandiosa de todas.
En estos campeonatos, los participantes experimentan nuevos conceptos más refinados, sobre los que nuestra Junta Ejecutiva de IWUF y nuestro equipo de trabajo han estado trabajando.

On behalf of the International Wushu Federation (IWUF), I warmly invite you to participate in the 15th
World Wushu Championships to be held in Shanghai, China beginning on October 19, 2019.
Since its inception in 1991, the World Wushu Championships has become the iconic and most elite
wushu competition in the world. Athletes and coaches struggle, strive and push themselves to their
very limits to reach this pinnacle of sport. Here men and women can fulfill their dreams of becoming
true and indisputable champions, stepping into the spotlight before the whole world, and earning
their own unique place in wushu history. Over the past 30 years, the growth and development of the
IWUF’s World Wushu Championships could not have been such a remarkable and unqualified success
without our members. I would like to thank you for your long-term participation and support of this
premier biennial event, for without you our steady and remarkable growth would not have been
possible.
In 2019, the 15th World Wushu Championships will be held in Shanghai, around 100 countries and
regions are expected to participate in this momentous event. We believe that this will be a grand
gathering of our wushu family – perhaps the grandest ever. At these championships participants will
experience new refinements and concepts that our IWUF Executive Board and working team have
been busy working on. We look forward to seeing our esteemed members in Shanghai with great
enthusiasm and anticipation, because this historic gathering will succeed only with your participation.
Your support is the key to the spread and maturation of wushu worldwide, to its continued technical
refinement, and to passing its torch on to the next generation.
In 2019, together with the host city of Shanghai, the IWUF will offer you a brilliant, unparalleled and
historic wushu experience at the 15th World Wushu Championships. There will be pageantry and
passion, sweat and tears, and friendships cemented that may endure a lifetime. We hope all our
members will make themselves an organic and vital part of this history which will springboard our
sport into the next decade.
